Website Terms of Use

Effective Date: 13 August 2026
Last Updated: 13 August 2026

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, community websites, landing pages, digital services, and other online services operated by or on behalf of [REGISTERED LEGAL COMPANY NAME (IF NOT “REGENCY SENIOR LIVING”)], doing business as Regency Senior Living, and its affiliates and senior living communities that adopt these Terms (collectively, “Regency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing or using a Website that links to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.

1. Website Purpose

The Website provides general information regarding Regency Senior Living, participating communities, senior living services, lifestyle options, resources, employment opportunities, and related topics.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a resident-provider, healthcare-provider, fiduciary, agency, contractual, or other professional relationship unless Regency and the applicable person enter into a separate written agreement expressly establishing that relationship.

2. No Medical Advice

Content on the Website is not intended to constitute medical, nursing, clinical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Information concerning assisted living, memory care, independent living, personal care, skilled services, wellness, or other services is general information only.

You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional concerning medical conditions, healthcare decisions, legal questions, financial decisions, or other professional matters.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your applicable local emergency service. Do not use a Website contact form, email, or chat service for emergency medical assistance.

3. Community Services, Availability, and Pricing

Services, amenities, care levels, floor plans, pricing, promotions, availability, licensing, programs, photographs, and other information may vary by community and may change.

Website content is not an offer, guarantee, reservation, admission decision, lease, residency agreement, care agreement, or guarantee of availability.

Any final residency, service, financial, or care arrangement will be governed by the applicable written agreement and community-specific requirements.

If Website information conflicts with a signed agreement concerning a resident or service, the applicable signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

4. Eligibility and U.S. Use

The Website is primarily intended for individuals located in the United States.

If you access the Website from outside the United States, you are responsible for determining whether your use complies with applicable local law.

You must use the Website only for lawful purposes.

5. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Regency collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects Personal Information.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Where information is protected by HIPAA or another healthcare privacy law, separate legal requirements or a Notice of Privacy Practices may apply.

6. Cookie Policy

Our Cookie Policy explains Regency’s use of cookies, pixels, analytics, advertising technologies, and similar Website technologies.

Where required, non-essential tracking technologies are subject to Regency’s cookie-consent and privacy-choice controls.

The Cookie Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Your Use of the Website

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe another person’s rights;
  • Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or unlawful material;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems;
  • Circumvent authentication, security, access controls, or privacy controls;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, malicious code, or harmful technology;
  • Conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or similar security testing without written authorization;
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or extract Website information through automated means except as permitted by law or authorized by Regency;
  • Interfere with Website performance or availability;
  • Impersonate Regency or another person;
  • Submit information about another individual without appropriate authority;
  • Use Website information to harass, discriminate against, exploit, or harm another person; or
  • Use the Website for another unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Regency may restrict or terminate Website access where it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated or Website security is threatened.

8. Information You Submit

You are responsible for information you submit through the Website.

You represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • You have authority to provide information submitted about another individual; and
  • Your submission does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

If you are submitting an inquiry on behalf of a family member or prospective resident, only provide information reasonably necessary for Regency to respond to the inquiry.

Do not place medical records, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, payment card numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information into a general Website contact form unless the form specifically requests the information and has been designated for that purpose.

9. Forms and Electronic Communications

When you submit a Website form, Regency may use the information to respond to your request and communicate with you concerning the community or services in which you expressed interest.

A form that requests consent for marketing calls, automated calls, or text messages will contain the applicable consent disclosure at the point where consent is requested.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing or receiving Regency services except where otherwise permitted by law.

You may withdraw marketing consent using the opt-out instructions provided with the applicable communication.

10. Text Messages

If you affirmatively enroll in a Regency text-messaging program or otherwise provide legally sufficient consent, message frequency may vary.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Where applicable:

  • Reply STOP to opt out of recurring marketing texts;
  • Reply HELP or contact Regency for assistance; and
  • Regency may continue sending legally permitted non-marketing or transactional messages when appropriate.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Additional terms may be provided when you enroll in a specific messaging program.

11. Telephone Communications

Where you provide legally required consent, Regency or service providers acting on its behalf may contact you at the telephone number you provide.

Consent may be withdrawn in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict a consumer’s legal right to revoke consent through a legally recognized method.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its contents—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, software, icons, page layouts, and other material—are owned by Regency, licensed to Regency, or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Regency grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for lawful personal and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use protected Website content except:

  • For your personal lawful use;
  • As permitted by applicable law; or
  • With prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder.

No license or right is granted to Regency trademarks except as expressly stated.

13. Trademarks

“Regency Senior Living,” Regency logos, community names, slogans, and other marks displayed on the Website may be trademarks or service marks of Regency, its affiliates, licensors, or other parties.

Nothing on the Website grants permission to use a trademark without prior written authorization from the applicable owner.

14. User Submissions

If the Website permits you to submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, or other materials for publication, separate submission terms or permissions may apply.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to provide.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, submitting an ordinary inquiry through a Website form does not give Regency the right to publish your private communication, photograph, medical information, or personal story for advertising purposes.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or may incorporate third-party services.

Examples can include:

  • Maps;
  • Social media services;
  • Video platforms;
  • Review websites;
  • Job platforms;
  • Payment processors;
  • Scheduling tools;
  • Virtual tours; and
  • Other external services.

Regency provides third-party links or functionality for convenience and does not necessarily control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, security, availability, terms, or privacy practices of third parties.

Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that third party’s terms and policies.

16. Website Security

You may not attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the Website.

Regency uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect the Website and information under its control. However, no Internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.

You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when transmitting information online and for maintaining the security of your devices and accounts.

17. Accuracy of Website Information

Regency seeks to provide useful and accurate information, but Website content may occasionally contain:

  • Typographical errors;
  • Outdated information;
  • Technical inaccuracies;
  • Differences between communities; or
  • Information that changes without immediate Website updates.

Regency may correct or update Website information at any time.

You should contact the applicable Regency community to confirm information that is material to a residency, care, service, pricing, availability, or financial decision.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

REGENCY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

REGENCY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
  • THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
  • DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED;
  • THE WEBSITE WILL BE FREE OF ALL HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR
  • ALL WEBSITE INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REGENCY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO WEBSITE USE AND DO NOT ALTER LIABILITY OR OBLIGATIONS ARISING UNDER A SEPARATE RESIDENCY AGREEMENT, CARE AGREEMENT, LEASE, OR OTHER WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH A REGENCY COMMUNITY.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Regency for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

[STATE OF GOVERNING LAW]

without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or the mandatory law of another jurisdiction controls.

Regency may revise these Terms from time to time.

The “Last Updated” date indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

Your continued use of the Website after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

25. No Waiver

Regency’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

26. Entire Agreement Concerning Website Use

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular Website feature, constitute the agreement between you and Regency concerning general use of the Website.

These Terms do not replace an applicable residency agreement, lease, service agreement, care agreement, employment agreement, or other separately executed contract.
