Regency Retirement Village of Morristown Executive Director

Misty Stickley

My name is Misty Stickley, and I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve as the Executive Director at Regency Retirement Village in Morristown. I have worked in the healthcare industry in the Lakeway area for over 20 years, with 16+ years spent in skilled nursing facilities as the Social Services Director and Admissions Director. I am married with five wonderful children, their spouses, and three beautiful grandsons. In my free time, you can find me and my family at a campground, soaking in God’s creation. Regency is more than just a workplace; it is a family of residents and staff members who call Regency Retirement Village of Morristown home!

Jessica Lucas – Community Consultant

I am originally from a small town near Dayton, Ohio, where everyone knew each other and generations raised their families. After losing several family members, most of my family relocated to South Carolina. Though my grandparents have long passed, since joining Regency in 2023, I feel as though I have gained many adopted grandparents and absolutely love spending time with our residents. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare industry, I find it fulfilling to help families find a safe, caring place for their loved ones. After spending four years in Florida for a career move, I felt the need to be closer to family and relocated to Tennessee. I have grown children; my daughter works in law enforcement, and my son is in sales here in Tennessee. I also have two grandchildren and enjoy weekends with them, along with trips to Indiana to watch my nieces play travel ball. I love being within driving distance of family again.

Norma Hollifield – Outreach Liaison

I have dedicated 36 years to working in healthcare, starting in long-term care in 1989. My passion for working with the geriatric community is a profession that God has richly blessed. Inspired by my childhood memories with my grandparents, I entered healthcare to show that our elders are seen, valued, and loved. My husband and I have been married for 35 years and are blessed with three children—Jennifer, Jessica, and Brandon—and five grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy camping, traveling, crafting, spending time with family, and planning our next family adventure.

Kimberly McClanahan – Activities Director

I began my journey at Regency in 2011 at the front desk and quickly found my passion for activities in the memory care unit. After pursuing other endeavors in 2021, I took some time off after the unexpected loss of my mother in 2022. I was persuaded to return to Regency part-time as a housekeeper and, eventually, to assist with activities. Though I initially declined the Activities Director position, believing I was too broken, I soon found that working with the residents healed my soul. The Regency family is unmatched in their love, kindness, and care, and I am beyond grateful to serve and care for these sweet souls. Outside of Regency, I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 27 years, and we share a beautiful, talented 10-year-old daughter. My family is my whole world, and I cherish every moment with them. In my free time, I love to read, spend time outdoors, hike, and take trips to the beach. The opportunity to enrich the lives of our senior community at Regency is something I look forward to continuing for many years to come.

George Hitchcock – Maintenance Director

Originally from a small town in the Gold Country of northern California, I relocated with my family to East Tennessee, where we found beauty, hospitality, and a place to call home. My life has been filled with activities like wrestling, baseball, and racing anything with wheels, but I always had a fishing pole in hand. Now, I’m blessed with a gorgeous piece of land on the lake and spend as much time fishing as possible. My background in the construction trades spans from high school to working in residential, commercial, telecommunications, and utility-grade solar, including projects for Elon Musk and Steve Jobs. I take pride in interacting with Regency residents, making them laugh and smile daily. Their stories are truly inspirational, and I cherish the opportunity to learn from them.

Andrea Inman – Dietary Director

My name is Andrea Inman, and I have been with Regency Retirement Village for 13 years. I have been in the food industry and management since I was 16 years old. What I love most about Regency is the commitment to ensuring that both residents and employees are well taken care of and happy. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 26 years, our son, daughter-in-law, daughter, and our beloved pets. I take great pride in making our residents’ lives better through the meals we serve.

Cassandra Story – Business Office Manager

After more than 17 years in the funeral business, I felt it was time for a change. I joined Regency in November 2023 and quickly fell in love with everyone and everything here. The residents bless me daily with their kind hearts, sweet smiles, and wonderful hugs. This is more than just a job—it’s a calling to serve others. I am a wife, mother, stepmother, and grandma, and my husband and I love spending time with our growing family. We often enjoy exploring new places, driving backroads, and discovering areas we’ve never visited.
