National Doughnut Day
June 2nd at 2:30 p.m.
We will be watching a video about how doughnuts are made. Then we will receive some fun facts about doughnuts, and then for the grand finale, we will serve fresh doughnuts to the residents!
Veterans Luncheon
June 15th at 11:00 a.m.
We always want to show our love and appreciation to our veterans here at Regency. We invite the Veterans from the community to share a meal with us, free of charge. We just want to thank them for their service not only on Veterans Day but all during the year.
Father’s Day Party
June 16th at 2:30 p.m.
For Father’s Day this year, we are going to show a movie at our theater to our fathers and anyone else who wants to attend. We will be showing either a western or an action movie. Then we will be throwing a party for them on Friday! They will be served Momma’s meatloaf dinner.
Grandma’s Aprons
June 21st at 1:30 p.m.
Our friend Sandy will share a collection of many types of aprons she has collected over the years and share a little about each type of apron. Come join the fun!
Walking Wednesdays with Michelle Mott
Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.
Michelle will be taking residents on a stroll on our hiking trail out front. We have already experimented, and it seemed like a winner, so we are putting it on the schedule! It’s good exercise and good for our health.
Themed Lunch: Cookout
June 21st at 11:30 a.m.
The kitchen will be helping us with this themed meal for June. We will be grilling food on the outside grill. Activities will be making the dining room festive by making it feel like you are in a National Park!
Briarwood Zoo Field Trip
June 28th at 10:30 a.m.
We plan on taking the residents to the drive-thru Briarwood Zoo. We have a lot of residents that love animals, so we decided to take a trip, so they can share their love with the animals there!
