Frances is a wonderful person to know. She has a happy Methodist soul and loves to have fun. Frances worked in the printing business and some real estate. In Maryland, she raised a daughter named Desiree and a son named John. Her husband worked for the Navy Civil Service Department. After raising her children she moved to Washington DC. and worked in the printing business there. When her husband passed away after years of love and sweet memories, she came to live here. We are so glad she did, she is such a blessing to be friends with. She has already made several friends here. Let’s welcome her to the community, thanks for choosing us to care for you!
