November – Employee of the Month

Taylor has been a caregiver in Memory Care for two years. She is also a Team Leader in Memory Care. The residents love her, and her love for them is certainly evident. She pays attention to the details and keeps the residents happy. She anticipates their needs and is often complemented by families. Taylor always goes the extra mile. She has stepped up and helped out during COVID-19.
